  14.                  EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

  16. Chambers Corporation agrees to provide maintenance service
  17. including up to two maintenance calls annually and interim
  18. calls as required at the installation address specified a
  19. bove on the equipment listed.  All charges specified are
  20. those currently in effect and are subject to change only at
  21. the time of subsequent annual renewal.  If the charges are
  22. increased, the customer may, as of the effective date of
  23. such  increase, terminate this Agreement by written notice
  24. to Chambers Corporation.  Otherwise, the new charges shall
  25. become effective upon the date specified in the renewal
  26. invoice.  This Agreement is limited to equipment regularly
  27. operated during a single eight hour shift per day, and all
  28. Chambers Corporation calls hereunder are restricted to the
  29. normal working hours of Chambers Corporation.  To cover
  30. increased maintenance costs, if any piece of equipment is
  31. regularly operated during more than one eight hour shift
  32. per day, an increase in Annual Rate will apply as follows:

  34.               Two Shifts 50%   Three Shifts 100%.
  35.  
  36. All service commenced outside of Chambers Corporation's
  37. normal working hours will be charged at published rates
  38. for service time and expense only.
